Returns / Exchanges

U.S. Shipping: Our standard shipping is USPS priority mail. We do our best to ship your order the next business day after we receive it, but we guarantee that it will ship within 3 business days. Priority mail usually takes 2-3 days but sometimes up to a week. For expedited shipments we ship FedEx Standard overnight and FedEx 2 day. These will go out the next business day. If you absoluletely need it the next day, you can call us before noon PST to place the order.

International Shipping:

1. Standard Shipping: Canada orders go USPS or FedEx Ground. All others will ship USPS.

2. Expedited Orders: International Expedited orders will go Global Express Mail or FedEx depending on rates and availability.

Returns: We guarantee our products and provide 100% customer satisfaction. If you receive a damaged product or were sent the incorrect item, we will credit you for return shipping and shipping of the new product. All returns can either be exchanged or returned for refund to your credit card – whichever you choose. We want the order process to be hassle and risk free! Send returns along with a copy of the invoice and a note indicating what you would like us to do to (include your telephone number):

Exchanges: If you ordered the wrong size or want to exchange the product we will pay for shipping of the replacement to you. You are responsible for the shipping cost to return the exchange to us.
